About my Fruitful Family

Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by my part of the internet!  I thought I would introduce my family a bit to you.

Mama
That's me! I somehow was blessed to be mom to 4 cutie pies!  1 boy and 3 girls, and all a hand full....but totally worth every moment.  After my second was born I decided to leave my job at a hospital credentialing doctors and allied health professionals (processing their applications in normal speak) and stay at home.  Since then the births of two more daughters added to the joy in our home.  We feel lead to homeschool, and 2016 will be our 5th year to do so with a 4th, 1st, and Pre-Ker in the mix.  When I actually get a chance to catch my breath I enjoy getting to read a good book, watch some good shows on TV or Netflix, and knitting.  Oh how I love to get some needles and yarn in my hand and make it come to life.

Papa
Wilson is my husband and partner in life.  He is a hard working amazing man who I could not function without.  We have been together since 1999 and married in 2003.  College sweeties turned managers of a crazy home.  He works hard as the general manager of a plant, and helps restore my sanity as soon as he walks through the door.  He's an outdoorsy type of guy so when he gets a chance that's where you are likely to find him.  He love to fish, hunt, camp, bird watch, shoot, and be outside.  If you can catch him inside he loves to cook, play guitar, and will occasionally join me in watching TV.

Austin
Our oldest, born in 2007 is my monkey boy.  He will climb anything and everything!  On the ADHD Spectrum he can make some days chaotic but we see that as an opportunity to be love in action 110%.  When he grows up he wants to be a missionary that travels the world, primarily he has his eyes on China and has for many years now.  He keeps busy with his homeschool lessons, daily recess with his besties from around the corner, attending our homeschool co-op once a week, homeschool PE lessons, as well as AWANA's and our church choir.  He too loves to be outside and enjoys getting to go camping, hunt with his daddy, target practice with his rifle as well as his bow and arrow (always under strict adult supervision).  If he's inside you will find him reading scripture, playing with LEGO's,, Minecraft, working on puzzles, or reading a book.

Avery
Our oldest daughter was born in 2009.  She is my princess and mommy in training.  She too is on the ADHD spectrum but in totally different ways than her brother.  This can make for an interesting mix most school days.  She is my nurturer, always wanting to help out when there is need.  She will be the first to respond to someone who is hurt or sad, and always ready to lend a helping hand.  All who know her say she doesn't know a stranger because if you are a kid, you are her instant BFF.  When she grows up she wants to "be all things that are good".  She is your typically little girl who loves to dress up, have tea parties, paint her nails, play in her toy kitchen, take care of her baby dolls, and is a budding artist.  She loves to go outside and watch animals, collect leaves, flowers, and interesting rocks as well.  She is always up to go camping but doesn't always want to go hunting (she doesn't like that she has to be quiet).  She too stays busy with  homeschool lessons, attending our homeschool co-op once a week, ballet lessons, as well as AWANA's and our church choir.

Abby/Ninny/Ninnymuggins
Rarely ever called by her true name, Abby is my wild child with a hard head.  She was born in 2011 and is my "middlest".  She is set apart with her blond hair, and also by the fact she is a twin! Sadly her twin did not survive but we are confident we will be reunited one day when we are with our Lord.  She is my snuggle bunny, always needing that personal touch from her mommy.  She is starting Pre-K this year and this should make for one fun school year.  She is a mommy in training as well, always caring for baby dolls--but she doesn't hesitate to strip down to panties and roam the house pretending to be "Gruff" from the Neverbeast movie.  She is a mellow one, not interested in being too involved in much yet.  Right now her big involvement areas are the homeschool co-op and AWANAS.  Oh, and if you want to be amused, ask her about her boyfriend.  This one will be giving me a run for my money I can already see it.

Addilynn/Shark Bait/ Sharkey
Again, rarely called by her real name, Addi joined us by surprise in 2013.  If you have been keeping track, yes, I had babies every other year.  No it was not planned out that way, nor were for them to all have A names.  She is our baby of the family and quite likes that position.  She is happy as long as she can sit with her baby doll and her "kiki" (blanket).  She loves puzzles and books, playdoh and barbies.  And if you are wondering, yes her name comes from Finding Nemo.

Bella
At a whopping 8 lbs she is by far and away the smallest member of the family.  Our rescue dog she is a Chihuahua mixed with mystery pup.  Instead of a baby she was the one to join us in 2015 and she fits in quite well!
